Message from the Conference Chairman

Warmest greetings!

I am delighted to inform you that The International Conference on Electrical Engineering 2007 (ICEE 2007) will be held in coming July. This is an annual forum for electrical engineers from major players in Japan, Korea, the Mainland China, Hong Kong and worldwide, to share new ideas, achievements and experiences through presentations and discussions on sustainability and reliability issues.

It is the honoured and privileged that The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) plays host the third times to this Conference. The theme of ICEE 2007 is "Intelligent, Clean, Efficient, Electricity for the 21st Century with focus on Sustainability and Reliability". We believe that ICEE 2007 will make further impact to the advancement of electrical engineering, while Hong Kong serves as a hub of international collaboration. We have received overwhelming support by receiving over 600 abstracts from 26 countries. With your support, we are determined to make ICEE 2007 a real international conference with enhanced technical quality and exciting panel discussion, so that ICEE would have significant impacts in the advancement of electrical engineering.
