The International Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE)
aims to provide a forum for sharing knowledge, experience
and creative ideas among worldwide electrical engineers. The
Conference will be held in Hong Kong from 8 - 12 July 2007.
The theme of the ICEE 2007 is "Intelligent, Clean, Efficient
Electricity for the 21st Century with focus on sustainability
and reliability". A number of panel discussion sessions
with invited speakers will also be organized to address current
issues related to Electrical Engineering. It is a great pleasure
for us to invite persons who have significant contributions
in electrical engineering field to submit papers, preferable
related to the above theme, of the following categorization
