ICEE
(International Conference on Electrical Engineering)

The ICEE aims to provide a forum for sharing knowledge, experience
and creative ideas among electrical engineers worldwide and
contribute to technical developments in electrical engineering.
The conference was first initiated in 1994 with a "Tokyo
Declaration" signed by Ir Otto Poon and other representatives
from Korea, Japan and China whose institutions take turn to
host the conference. These institutions are the Chinese Society
for Electrical Engineering, the Korean Institute of Electrical
Engineers and the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
ICEE was held in Korea (95), China (96), Japan (97), Korea
(98), Hong Kong (99), Japan (00), China (01), Korea(02), Hong
Kong (03), Japan(04), China (05), Korea (06). During ICEE
2000 in Japan, our delegates participated in the Representative
Meeting to agree on the "ICEE Management Outline"
to set the objectives and future organising arrangement for
ICEEs.
