All submitted papers (Abstract and Full Paper) will be reviewed
by the ICEE 2007 Programme Committee which is formed by the
hosting organization - HKIE.
English is the official language and will be adopted in
all the publications and presentation.
Submission of Abstracts
All abstracts with contact details should be submitted on-line
on or before 15 January 2007 . The Abstract should
be less than 500 words. Submission shall include the correspondence
author, other authors, the keywords, intended categorization
of the paper and the preference of 'Oral' or 'Poster' presentation.
The correspondence author will be notified by E-mail regarding
the acceptance/rejection of the proposed paper and the presentation
format ('Oral' or 'Poster') by 1 February 2007.

Submission of Full Papers
Full papers should be submitted on-line on or before 1
April 2007. The length of the paper shall be less that
6 pages (A4 size). The correspondence author will be notified
by E-mail regarding the acceptance/rejection of the proposed
paper by 1 May 2007. At least one author of the paper
is required to register for the conference on or before 1
June 2007. Presentation and publication are subject to
full payment of the registration fee. Authors are assumed
to have given consent and authorised the Organiser to publish
the abstract and full paper, and to include them in any conference
publications (in printed or/and electronic form). All registrations
should be made via the on-line programme.
